I am Parvathy Ramakrishnan , currently staying in Mumbai. I have done my Masters in Clinical Psychology from S.N.D.T University, Mumbai. I am a ICF Certified Positive Psychology Coach, Certified Career Counsellor from Psychoshiksha- Affiliated to Niti Ayog Government of India. I have done my internship for a period of 6 months wherein i got an opportunity to see patients of different age groups like children, adolescents, adults. I have experience working with anxiety issues, depression, issues related to work stressors ,OCD clients etc. I have also done many psychometric assessments like Rorschach,MMPI-2, TAT,CAT, IQ tests,BDI-2 ,HTP, KFD,ADHD screening tool etc. Post that have worked as a school counsellor for a period of 2 years wherein i got an opportunity to see children suffering from emotional and behavioural problems and have used tests like BKT to test their IQ level. In addition to this counselling was given to both children and parents to deal effectively with their difficulties. Currently i have undergone a Intensive Theory and Practical Training in CBT under Asira Chirmuley ( Associate Fellow and Supervisor of Albert Ellis Institute, Trained in CBT from Beck Institute,Gottmann Leader). Currently undergoing a online certificate course in Mindfulness from Palouse Mindfulness, Certificate Course in Counselling from Psychosjiksha Punjab Affiliated to Niti Ayog Government of India. I am open to work with all kinds of age groups use CBT as a main therapeutic technique. I deal with Anxiety disorders, Work place stressors, depression, stress,anger management etc. I can take sessions through zoom, Google meet and skype. Client's comfort is my main motto.
